On
July 10, 2009, my husband and I visited Cascading Creations at 1515 S. Lyons in Airway Heights for information and advice
on creating a stone pathway in our backyard. Our attention was immediately drawn to the outdoor rock feature displays in the
parking area. The displays showcased available varying types of rocks, flagstones, pathways and water features. The visual
aids were extremely helpful in deciding the type of pathway we wanted. We found Monte Tareski, the owner, to be courteous
and knowledgeable. Our original project soon grew from a simple plan for a pathway to a major landscaping project involving
leveling the yard surface for a 32 foot round pool (a purchase made after our initial contact with Monte). Monte's experience
and available machinery enabled him to create a six foot boulder retaining wall circumvented by a rock pathway leading up
to a playground area for our grandchildren, an "oasis" for a water feature behind our gazebo and two rock
outlined flower garden areas. Although we granted Monte carte blanch to landscape our backyard, we were able to consult with
him daily with questions, feedback and requests for additions and changes. Monte and his crew were always courteous, diligent
in their work and receptive to discussing our ideas. We thoroughly enjoy the backyard landscape created by Monte and his crew.
Our guests, friends, neighbors and passersby are awed at the transformation. The positive comments keep coming and are often
sprinkled with the statement, "Oh, wow! This is how I want my backyard to look!" We even had a man looking over
the backyard fence to admire the landscape. What could have been a stressful experience due to the amount of work done and
the daily changes in "the plan", was instead, an exciting event due to Monte and his crew's expertise, cheerful
demeanor, and openness to our involvement in the truly amazing creation of our backyard paradise. A job well done!

Thanks for the great work you and your crew provided on our "New" yard. After
receiving your bid to remove the existing sod, level the yard and lay new sod, we decided it would be crazy to do all
that work and still have to water it the old fashioned way on a daily basis. So we inquired about adding a sprinkler
system to the project. Although you don't do sprinkler systems, you took the time to find Mike of Desert Sun Landscaping
and coordinate the details for his bid installing the sprinkler system. Needless to say, we could not be more pleased
with the results and the team effort put forth by yourself, your sons and Mike. The fact that you all completed
this project in under a week is amazing. The yard looks great and the sprinkler system is a God send.
Additionally, Tyler took the time to answer all our questions and explain in detail the care we'd need to provide in
the coming weeks/months to ensure we have a beautiful lawn. Looking forward to working with you and your crew on our
future project.

We recently decided to rejuvenate and regravel our lengthy driveway
and two other gravel areas on our property where we maintain equipment and a turnaround.
Historically, we have always relied
on our builder to contract out such work, but at this point so many years had passed since our initial construction, we felt
we should not impose. I have to admit, I was somewhat hesitant to simply guess on a contractor, as you hear so many
horror stories.
I requested bids from several landscape contract firms. Not only was Cascading Creations the first to
respond, they ultimately were the most reasonable in price.
Monte came out to our property within one week of the initial
contact and provided me with an estimate a day later.....impressive.
We made arrangements for the work
to be completed, which occurred on time and on budget. So much for the horror stories.
I think what impressed me the most
was a piece of work performed for which we did not contract. When I walked the property with Monte, I casually mentioned
I was going to have find time to get my tractor out to scrape weeds from a rocky portion of sloping hillside (about a
half acre). There was no more discussion about this.
However, the day after the project was completed I was
taken aback when I noticed Cascading Creations had completed the weed project for me. Even more amazing was that
the worker on the project was not Monte. This meant Monte remembered my comment, conveyed it to his employee and the
employee completed the work (despite finishing up in the dark-and taking time to come up to the house to let us know the work
was done and to contact him if there were any problems).
So in the end, the whole experience was low maintenance
for us, on budget with what I would consider superior service. We intend to reinitiate a significant landscape
redesign project at some point (halted by the economic crisis). When we do, you can be certain our landscape design
architect will be in touch with Cascading Creations.

I met Monte
from Cascading Creations on a cold snowy day in December. He was plowing an adjoining businesses parking lot.
He had already without being asked plowed out a path for some of our News vehicles that were having difficulties in
the snow. I hired him on the spot. He took a pro-active interest in the safety of clearing our lot.
He was calling before it snowed not after it snowed to get permission. I have received many complements
on the condition of our lot as compared to others around town. And in the midst of the worst snow year Spokane has ever experienced.
Montes equipment allows him to clear the snow almost to the pavement and to place it where you want it rather than just push
it into piles. We lost very few parking spots to piles of snow. The safety of our employees is very important
to us and most of the credit goes to Monte.

our road. I can't tell you how happy we are with the service we received from Cascading Creations!
We left Spokane for vacation at the beginning of
these crazy snow storms (December 2008). There were over 2 feet of snow on our street when we left for
the airport on the 19th. My husband had to put our luggage on sleds and make 4 trips to a relatives home
just so we could get out. Not once while we were out of town did our street get plowed...and we live about
100 yards off the main road on a brand new city street!
When we called our neighbors on New Years Day to ask about our street they told us that we got another 2 to 3 feet
and there was no way we
were getting to our house. We have a small
baby and the thought
of coming home to a home
that was not easily reached was very upsetting. We called your company and were greeted by the friendliest
help who immediately put us on a list to be taken care of before we got home the next day!
By the time we got home our ENITRE street was plowed, a large area to turn
around at the end our Cul De sac was cleared and our driveway was ready to go! I am so impressed by the
sense of urgency you showed and the quality of work. It was also so reasonably priced that we feel blessed
to have found you! We know this was a huge job and you seemed to have taken care of it effortlessly.
