You have done a superb job. I was first impressed by your enthusiasm. We received a couple bids and no
one else had a passion for this project like you. From the first moment you walked onto our property you seemed to have a
vision of what it could become.
We have all heard stories about contractors not showing up to
do the work. I was never concerned about that when rocks started showing up right on time, if not early. You and your
sons were professional, clean, prompt and courteous.
You
told me more than once that you want to make sure that we are happy. We put that to the test when we asked you to come back
and rework our rock wall. You impressed me with your professionalism. Things never got ugly and you were true to your
charge that you truely want to make sure that your customer is happy. You came back right away and made sure it was exactly
like we wanted. Thank you.
